Are you certified?

Yes! Our practitioners are ABC certified and our facility is ABC accredited.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have a wheelchair for patients to use and a ramp for accessibility.

Does insurance cover this procedure?

Insurances require that we obtain several documents from the physician that referred you to our office and, if diabetic, the physician (MD or DO) treating you for your diabetic condition, to ensure you meet the coverage criteria.

What is the “life expectancy” of the orthosis?

Some orthotic devices have a minimum of 5 years life expectancy such as ankle/foot orthoses, spinal orthoses, and some knee orthoses.

Do I need a “new” prescription for every visit?

Yes. In most cases, “Doctor’s Orders” or prescriptions are mandatory if we are providing a new service or adjustments to an item we did not originally supply.
